    Check out the file type associations,anyway. Specifically .ufo file, which is PI's native file format. Another thing to try: see if you have any old ufo files you saved earlier. Double click the file and see it PI could be launched that way...

    I checked these ways. but the same problem. PI still could not be launched.

    Sorry, but I think I'm out of ideas here...
    You said it was from an internet download. I forgot to ask if it was a trial version or full version. If you paid for it, you should ask for proper support from the official site. But that is always a pain sometimes, I know...
