help needed: deactiveate lock button from lock aspect ration

im just a beginner and i want to change the size of a picture but i can't change the litthe lock in the top ( Lock aspect ratio) to make a manual change in hight and with .

do i have to change somewhere some other settings first?

Just left click over the lock icon to activate/deactivate.
