Both this and the buoy are beautifully done. I especially like raised pattern (insignia?) on the drinking fountain.

Thanks peoples. I couldn't make out exactly what the insignia was Penny from my photo reference, probably a royal insignia. I'll have to pop down & see exactly what it is.
