Thanks Gary!
Thanks Gary!
Sorry to hear you're having a problem with log in on support.xara.com. If this is still an issue what I recommend is that you send a ticket to sales via xara.com/contact - it doesn't require login and they will forward it to support if they can't answer it themselves.

Thanks Kate. I have sent mail to Xara. Hopefully to hear from them soon.
Hi All,
I was able to get the content catalog working.Turns out the serial number was not saved locally, to check you have to press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + 1 whilst in the program and it should show the status and the serial number.
Reinstalling the software should do the job.
Thank you for all your help! Great community!

Never give up. You will never fail, but you may find a lot of ways that don't work.
Serial number is saved locally and shows registered. Read back on this thread. It seems to be a connection issue between Magix and Xara. And customer service has not contacted me since before Christmas. I'm now going on three months and support has been dismal. It's a wonder this company is still in business.
I also can't login to the Xara Online Designer and if I try to reset the password I'm told that my e-mail address is unknown. If I enter the serial number it tells me to enter a valid serial number.
