    Please import the camping3 under outdoor templates; what I am trying to say is that it's not a rectangle (the blue part), it can not be selected. By the way, this template is limited to small screens (SVGA), under page options. If I enlarge the width of the page, the template design doesn't scale

    Please import the camping3 template (business-outdoor); the blue part at the top can not be selected; it's the template design itself;

    The blue rectangle is locked on the Page Background Layer. (See attached)

    Click the lock icon to unlock the layer, then select all the objects including the blue rectangle and the nav bar, etc. and Cut them to the clipboard.

    Lock the Page Background Layer, select the MouseOff Layer and Edit > Paste > Paste In Place.

    The nav bar may be hidden behind the other objects.

    Hold down the Alt key and click where the nav bar was until you see a selection the size of the nav bar and Arrange > Bring to Front.

    Now, select all these objects and then make them Sticky.
