Embed HTML for google form

When I try to embed HTML code for a google forms:

<iframe src="https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfNXeQlJaCkE3qs0Ts6paZh8-_vPMKt-OqkKCmQN9KLfamd7g/viewform?embedded=true" width="760" height="500" frameborder="0" marginheight="0" marginwidth="0">Loading...</iframe>

The result is not the form but a repetition of part of the form. It's completely unusable.

The code works for me. But you have to be signed into your Google account.

I took your code, added it to a placeholder in the replace HTML (Body).

Is this what you did?
