Default Optimism meets pessimism meets realism

    Not likely, Acorn!

    Sorry!

Think of my work as a glass that's half stupid.

Gary, your glass is not stupid at all; it knows 3-D mathematics. Provided you don't pour out the water (a fixed volume), any position of the glass (a fixed volume) proves the air is also a fixed volume.

    Your glass is rather smart.

    HAH! Thanks for that!

Now I own a smart glass, a SmartCar, a Smart thermostat, and dumb sanitation worker, who just crapped up my driveway with a sloppy swing o' the can.

Oh, Gawd forbid. He SWUNG the can to an upside-down position, let our remains (our grocery remains, not our remains) pepper the driveway, leaving the can almost directly behind my car.

If he had a swig of our garbage, it would have served him right; we own three cats and an Olympic-sized litter box.

This is getting to be a fun 'n' free thread!

Too bad we have no audience to play to...

When I busted my femur about 5 years ago, I wanted to thank one of the nurses (actually, I wanted to thank all of them), but without a computer and only a BiC pen and a note pad, I think I did okay.

I wanted a copy to take home. Pressed Ctr+C, the Ctrl+V on the pad.

    No joy.

If you had lent a little heavier with your pen, you could have taken the underneath impression back home. Shame on you forgetting the original Carbon Copy (Cc... for newbies) technique.

    True, Acorn.

This began as a plug-ins icon for the Desktop, and then it smiled and me and I had to up my game...

    OMG!

Why didn't I think of "quantum entanglement"???
