Good stuff as always, Gary. I used to play with Mr. Potato and Cootie as toys in the early 50's. I liked Cootie.

A bargain at ten cents, Gare. Sometimes I would like to go back to those simpler times. Nice job on the comic and background.

$4 huh Keith, oh man that's ridiculous, but then the artist needs to make a living.

Well, I'm pretty sure this display isn't as organized as last year's but here goes, because "experimenting" with real fireworks appeals to me like going through life with eight fingers (!)

Default White with a splash of red

I used a very old P'shop plug-in, Microsoft Impressionist—which I think they bough from the late, Windows-hostile XAOS software—to "spray" a background of daises. Then I massaged it. Next was modeling the ladybug and rendering it. Finally, I did the shading by hand in Painter.
