Text outline not showing

The original headline text as shown in WDP has a white outline but this does not show on the actual webpage - any resons why?

You need to convert the text to shapes or make a transparency PNG. Outlines must not be supported.

If you want your text to be searchable/edible and have an outline do this. Create two versions of your text. On one add an outline twice as thick as you want. Clone this text and set the outline to none.

On the version with the outline, convert it to editable shapes.
