The Pop-up menu only effects the sub menu, not the nav bar.

Is there another way or do I have to go into layering?

I found this on the subject: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yY-1Y_7JIX8

Sorry I did not give you a very complete answer. Give me a few minutes and check back.

Hold down the Ctrl key and click on the rectangle or the text for the Home button to select just the text or the button shape.

You may get an warning that says to turn off Adjust Button Widths. If so, double click on the Nav Bar to open Nav Bar Properties and uncheck Adjust button widths.

Close this menu and Ctrl click on the button or the text and make whatever changes you want. The changes will be applied to the other buttons.

These changes are being made to the MouseOver layer.

To make the same edits on the MouseOff layer open the Page & Layer Gallery (right side of screen)

Click the small triangle button to the left of the Page to open the Layers window.

Click the S icon to the right of the MouseOff layer to isolate the MouseOff layer and make your changes here.

When you are done, click the S icon again to make all layers visible.

Double click on the Nav Bar (if necessary) and check the Adjust Button Widths option)
