How to upgrade Xara Web Design from 365 to 365 premium

Hi I just bought an upgrade to my existing Web Designer 365 to premium. How do I upgrade the program? I've tried deactivating the program from the program and then put in the new serial number (the upgrade) to reactivate but I got an error. The error was that it was an incorrect serial number.

How do I do the upgrade.

Edit: I fixed it. Turns out you have to download the premium version for the code to work. Silly me I thought that the new code would transform the product into the premium version. That's what I have been used to with other programs in the past.
