Organic Hamburger Vertical Menu

It's "organic" as there are no images involved - it does stretch the metaphor a tad.

Anyhow, this was inspired by the fact that Xara NavBar used images that, when scaled, are fuzzy.

You need to work out how the colouring and padding all hangs together but there are very good CSS tutorials at https://www.w3schools.com/css/default.asp.
The vertical menu is a Placeholder using fairly basic CSS (no Javascript) and relies on Xara's Web Animation, which brings in a 100kB jQuery file. I could have avoided this but the built-in web animation saved extra coding and is easier to adjust.

It works with conventional sites.
To make it work with a Supersite, you have to change all the linked pages to index.htm#xl_xr_page_<pageName>.

siran, throw away all the CSS in the menu box and it still works.
