page cannot display ads as the viewport is not between 320 and 420 pixels wide

Hi Ya'll

I keep getting this message 'page cannot display ds as the viewport is not between 320 and 420 pixels wide' when I place the google ads code into my site. I have tried just pasting the code into the head and also into individual placeholders as I had been advised to by xara support. Despite this I keep getting the error regardless of the width of the site.

Hi Bazhed, I don't use GoogleAds so I can't comment in detail but perhaps THIS page can help?

Try placing a rectangular placeholder on your page & give it the following HEAD code:

<meta name=viewport content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">
