Web Space 'locked'

Just joined the Forum. Hello to all.
I have 5GB web space allocated( Web Space L ), but after deleting all my files, I only have 1.65GB available.
Is there any way of 'unlocking' the 3.35GB.

I put a ticket into xara support last Wednesday, but have only received their automated reply.

Can anybody else help?
