Default 'Memory used' in Document Information

I'm designing a 7 page website in Designer Premium and there are 14 images. I've used the' Optimise all images' feature. There's also two PDF files, one is 3.5MB and the other 670KB. I don't understand why Memory Used shows 65,241,353 and whether that's something that matters.

    Any help much appreciated

Any large values might be because the original images are in memory. You could save, close and re-open and recheck.

Thanks Acorn. I've just tried that but it's not made any difference I'm afraid.

Just a thought. But does the memory usage also include the memory required by the application? And still, though the images are optimized, the memory usage will be of the uncompressed images, which is not equal to the size on disk.

Regardless, this should not effect the size of the website.

To me, the term "memory" is volatile, not static so I don't know how the OP nor Xara means it in this context. So whether that is the size in the computer's memory when the file is loaded or the size on disk if say one exported to disk I cannot say.

Though I suppose I could take the time to start XDP to figure it out. I just put a newspaper to bed early this morning and really don't feel like starting the computer...
