Default Embedded Video Doesn't Show In Mobile Version Variant

I'm working on a site that has an embedded video (hosted elsewhere) displaying on a full size page as well as on a 480px mobile variant. Here's the sample: http://www.michiganimaging.com/mallard2/video.htm
Video displays fine on full size page but not at all on the mobile variant. Also will not display on preview within Xara. Can someone take a look and see if it's visible to them? The placeholder is just copied from one page to another. I've tried moving objects and removing objects that weren't needed but it still won't play. Any help would be appreciated.

No, not visible on the mobile variant (using Chrome). I remember someone else having that issue as well but am not sure if or how it was solved.

Jim, the video is in a Flash format that isn't supported by mobile devices. However having said that it doesn't display on my iPhone but does on my iPad, which is strange.

Ah, it's an mp4 video so it should play okay on mobiles and tablets. Why it asks me re Flash on my desktop in both FF & Chrome I don't know.

I think it may be because the placeholder is shared across the variants. Don't share it, make it standalone on each variant. Seems to work for me (but not in preview where it asks to open or save the .mp4) but works okay in FF & Chrome. Works on my iPhone & iPad too.

    Egg,
There are 2 videos on the page, both mp4. The bottom one works OK, which is the demo you sent me. It's the top one that's not working. I removed the bottom one and re-uploaded the page with only the top file.

The issue is with your everscape 360 tours. These are created using flash. You'll need to contact them to find out if they have a mobile/tablet solution.
