    Default Get well soon, Tim Seward

    Tim Seward http://archive.xaraxone.com/FeaturedArt/sep06/index.htm is in hospital recovering from a recent heart attack.

    Tim's exceptional artwork was frequently featured in the old XaraXone. Of late Tim has been sharing some of his exceptional photography here.

    Please join me in wish Tim a speedy recovery.

    Thank you everyone for your well wishes.
    Ended up having triple bypass surgery and now I am finally home on the road to recovery. I must say, the heart attack was a piece of cake compared to the post-op recovery.

    Wonderful, Tim. Thanks for the update.

    I wish you well through the recovery process. And do not really lift stuff heavier than they say and especially at arms length. Pretend you're golfing and keep both arms tucked in as much as possible. I split my incision open putting dishes away in an upper cupboard. I also went back to work far too soon and there are serious consequences.

    Just say no to the temptations that will arise to do things or things in certain ways that ya ought not to.
