are there any editors I can incorporate into my website like this one that includes Emoticons. I looked and could not find any... suggestions?

Hard to tell what you need as there is no site name and you've not identified your product beyond web premium. If you are on the latest version then there are emoticons from the On-line Content Catalogue > Pixabay Stock Illustrations > Search: emoticon.

I also don't understand what you means by "editor"?

    Hi, yes you are right,
the html "text area" for clients to enter description is all good, there are a number of Javascript text editors that allow you to create rich text like bold, underline, fonts etc but what I need are simple editors like http://jhtmlarea.codeplex.com/ but I have to have emotiocons that the user can select. I am using Xara web premium latest version.
    Any help would be appreciated

Rosie, for what it's worth: https://ckeditor.com/.

I still don't understand how or why you can "edit" a Xara-designed page.

I used tinyMCE about two or three years back and remember that it was possible to customize the controls. It also supports emoticons via a plugin ( see https://www.tinymce.com/docs/demo/full-featured/ ) but I was not very happy with them.
