Default suggestion for handling multiple paragraphs of text

Building a new web site for a future event and want to get suggestions on ways to handle the 'Clinics' page.
This will be one page, where people will need to scroll up and down to review a long list of clinics.
Here is an example on our 2015 site... http://www.frolin.net/nngc/Clinics.html

Is there a suggestion for a good way to handle this much text on one web page ?

In previous software, would 'import' the text from a file and it would retain font and color formatting. This would probably be saved in an MS-Word file by the Clinic Chair Person and that document would be revised over the coming year as clinics are added and revised and some removed. Looking for the best way to handle loading that much text on to a single page in XARA.

Is there a way to directly input the Word file?
Should I just create a single Text Box and copy and page the text in once, then manually copy and update portions of it over the year?

    Suggestions...

    thanks,
    Frolin

You can Import a Word document or copy the text from the Word document and paste > Rich Text Format. This will retain the formatting from Word.

If you are importing copy from an existing website, you can use the File > Import from Web Address and give the link for the page you want to import. This imports all the objects on the page more or less in position.
