how do I stop page scrolling on my site

Hello again:
I could not think of a proper way to title this. On my site the main page opens as expected and then you can scroll down through the pages without using the navigation buttons. I have another site and it only shows one page at a time and does not scroll. What am I not understanding?

The first example you mentioned is a SuperSite. The second is a Conventional Website.

IMO the downside to Supersites is all the content has to load first and this can take a lot of time.

OK, now I'm missing the obvious for sure. I went into website properties, export options and the screen you show is there. I can't select conventional by clicking on the dot. Any suggestions?
