I purchase this yesterday, but the installer doesn't work.
I click on it and nothing happens.
I emailed support, but no replyes. Where can i dowload a proper version of it that works..

That's the trial version which I have, but i need to download the full version which I paid for.

Are you using a dial-up connection? I noticed that I could only get 3.2MB of the full download on my dial-up. I tried three times and the server disconnects after the 3.2MB is downloaded. I'll have to wait until Monday and download it at work or wait the 28 days for the CD.

Have you guys told your modems not to hang up after long periods of inactivity? The modem monitors port 80, not port 21. So keep surfing while you are downloading and it should not cut you off. Or ping your site every 5 minutes or so... That should keep the connection alive and not take up nearly so much bandwidth.

I have same problem.
but its not the instaler that is at fault, its the download.
you most likely didnt get all of the program . my downloads are failing at around 80% :-(
the full prog is 38mb the trial is only 5 .
the problem would seem to be a server problem at xaras end

its increadably disapointing

What are you trying to use to DL... Dialup, DSL, Cable, T1, T3... what?

The server times out in 15min. I got it today, this morning in 14min and 40sec.
