Designer Pro Update Service

Purely by accident did I see that my update service has expired. No email or other warnings.
But before I fork out another $161 AUD, what benefit will I get from purchasing another year of upgrades?
Been with Xara since its inception many years ago. Always been good but find their new upgrade model a tad
frustrating when all of a sudden the previously supplied content is shut down.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Very annoying isn't it. There is no email notification which is really terrible way to do business. I too just had a popup to say that the update service had expired. For the foreseeable future I have decided not to renew. I never access the content catalogue and have no use for it. I don't need the hosting package either. I will wait and see what, if any, future updates may bring and if they are of any use to me before I once again subscribe.
