Are you still getting this problem and if so do you have a reproducible case we could look at? Are you also saying that closing / re-opening PGD fixes the issue (which I suppose makes it harder to send files..)

    Thanks

Rob yes it still happens. I have two different wacom tablets and they both do this only when hitting new layer button.

Thanks for looking into this. I've just updated to Xara Photo & Graphic Designer 16.1.0.56164 DL x64 Feb 14 2019 and still have the problem. Closing and reopening does not fix the issue.

For me the steps to reproduce the problem are:

    1. open a new or existing document
    2. click the add new layers button in the Page and Layer gallery with a Wacom graphics tablet pen

I've attached a quick video clip whilst using v16.1

Working on the theory that too much info is better than too little.

2 different models of Huion tablets both create layers without issue, H610 Pro and Q11K.

I think we determined earlier that it was a conflict between wacom drivers and xara, in a win 10 environment... but all info welcome

I was just trying to narrow the field. Only Wacom was mentioned, but that may be because only Wacom's were reported...who knows? I have to do diagnostics a lot and always appreciate info. You shouldn't hang someone without hearing all the evidence, relevant or not.
