How about trying "HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility" on the same page. It quite a small utility and it may solve your problem. Someone made the suggestion of printing from another application and if I was in your shoes I would try M/S Word or another 64 bit programme. Doing it from Illy is so different from other programmes the way it uses the printer driver and I think it was CS5 before they fully supported 64 bit.
