    Default Can't Upgrade Pro 365

    My Pro 365 is reminding me that my Update Service period is expiring, so I went to Xara and purchased the upgrade for $129.00 and received the email with my new activation code, however in Xara, the Register online choice in the Help menu is not available. Do I have to download the trial version again just so I can activate my update? I hope I am just missing something here!

    Wolfpup, I don't believe you should need to have a new activation code. I suggest you contact support.

    I made the same mistake by purchasing the upgrade instead of renewing the Update Service. It's pretty confusing. Here's the thread: https://www.talkgraphics.com/showthr...o-I-do!!!!!!!! You could post there or PM Kate Moir. Or else you could contact sales and explain the issue. They cancelled the new serial number and activated the update service in their system.
