    Bob & Boy, it looks like you both bought new copies of Pro instead of renewals. Fortunately you were both charged upgrade price, which is the same as renewal price, so this was easy to fix - we've cancelled the new serial numbers and manually extended your Update Service for another year. There's nothing further you need to do.
