Seems you renewed with a discount price.
You need to uninstall current version,install the trial from xara.com and now you can enter your new code.

It's £99 until 23rd July and a free copy of fastcut

Fortunately you were both charged upgrade price, which is the same as renewal price, so this was easy to fix - we've cancelled the new serial numbers and manually extended your Update Service for another year.
