Navigation similar in WebDesigner to site created with other program

Can anyone look at my navigation on this site and tell me how to best make it similar in Web Designer Premium? I've messed with one and it I just don't like it much.

Thought perhaps someone would know more of the settings and how to match it more closely than I can and my request is for the drop down menu too ( desktop version.)

Oh, my gosh.....that is just amazing! I got a little lost while making the rectangles with mouse on and mouse off....but I will watch it again and hopefully catch on! Thank you thank you! I still can't believe my eyes what can be done in this program!

I got lost with the fill tool and getting it to go up and down, and then it was more whiteish then purplish.
