A stylized flame on top of the letter J

can anybody give me even a little clue on how to create the stylized flame over the letter J in my attachment that is if I attached it correctly.

Manny, I would use the Shape Tool (F4) in Xara Designer to trace around the outline. The source .jpg is low quality, so the edges are a bit fuzzy,
so a degree of guesswork is required, unless you can find a higher resolution image. Depending on your experience with the tool,
it shouldn't present a problem. My version took about 5 minutes.
