Text outline tool not working

Basically yes Nobbyy, unless you want to go along the css route mentioned by Mike. Just select the text block and Ctrl+G (Group). It will then be exported as a graphic. However remember Search Engines won't be able to read it.

Many thanks Egg - if it was a phone number is there any way of helping search engines understand it? E.g. Adding a name?

I don't think it would help, I think it would still see it as an image named "Telephone01255503667".
You could use it in the image Alt title:

Probably better to add it in the page description also.
