As suggested I did raise a support ticket re this issue and this is the response I received from Xara:

Yes, it's a known problem with iOS devices that they don't support iframes very well within websites and unfortunately it isn't anything we can help with as it involves third-party code and we don't offer coding help. Any CSS code needs to go in the head section within style tags and you'd have to edit the iframe code with what is mentioned in the article.

Given the ever increasing use of mobile devices and the large market share that Apple has, I feel that this issue does require a resolution by Xara, but in the meantime I would greatly appreciate any further help that forum members may be able to give.
