Error code 14

I am having trouble with Xara Web Designer 12. I downloaded the trial version and received the serial number by email. I entered the serial number and email address as directed and both has a green check mark by both entries and when I click on the "Activate & register immediately online" the warning comes up " The serial number you entered is invalid. Please make sure you entered it correctly. If the problem persists, please contact Xara support. Error code:-14. I have deleted and reinstalled the program at least 5 different times and comes up with the same error code. This is as far as I can get. Any help would be very appreciated. ttexsun

I found out what I did wrong. I downloaded the wrong version of Web Design. Everything is up and running fine. Problem solved. But I am sure something else will crop up. HA!HA! Thanks a lot, ttexsun
