Resizing the webpage when export

When I preview a current webpage, it resizes the whole webpage to fit the whole screen. The webpage gets small. How can I make the webpage a normal size and able the scroll up and down in the browser?

In Utilities > Web Properties > Web Export Options (button) check to see if Supersite is selected and if so if Scale to Fit Screen is selected. If so, un-check Scale to Fit Screen.
