Default Footer out of alignment, but can't move it

How can I move this footer that somehow got out of place and now won't seem to move?

    Thanks,

Sue, not very clear but is there anything else with a Repel Text around?

What is "Repel Text around? And how do I tell?

Okay, I went and looked repel text to see what it was. No, I don't think I have that. This was a template. It's the only one in all the pages that has this odd footer moved and it won't budge.

Any suggestions how to fix it?

    Thanks,
    Sue

Sue sent me her web file in a PM as she couldn't attach it.

The reason she can't select the footer as she called it is that the two rectangles are on the pasteboard background layer within the template. So to select them it's required to unlock that layer and then they're editable. (By the way I know they are set as footers). I'd prefer to either place them in the MouseOff layer or a layer below that called 'Stretchy'.

I don't believe placing such objects on either the pasteboard or background layers on templates is a great idea, as it causes such problems for novices.

It would be a great new feature if you could select an object and click a properties link and it could display all the values attached to that object. They are becoming quite numerous:

e.g. Repeating / Shared Variant / Stretchy / Footer / Animation / Reveal etc. etc.

    Anyway, hope this helps Sue.
