YouTube Video Ad for XDP shows a Strange Icon for Editing

I'm not sure if it's just flashy marketing or if XDP really does this:

At 12 seconds and at 19 seconds there's this neat round icon thingy that doesn't show up on my version of XDP and I have the latest version.

Anybody else get that? Is there a special setting that gives you that cool user friendly interface thingy?

The round toolbar shown in the video is not a part of Designer pro nor has it ever been. IMO the video is misleading and this is not the first time it's come up on the forums.
