    Default Linking Rings: Redux

    Hi,
Although the thread had been around since 2010 by HayTay, I just found it and decided to give it a try.
    Here's my take on it:

You've probably seen magicians (including myself) do the "Mystery of the Linking Rings", where the magician magically makes several steel rings link and unlink as he passes them out to the audience for examination. He will take, say for example, two separate rings and make one melt onto the other and then immediately pass it out for examination. There is no way to get them apart again. Yet, the magician takes them back and makes them melt apart once more. Then, after several mysterious linking and unlinking feats, he causes them all to collapse into one giant chain of linked rings and then with a wave of his hand they all fall apart again. AMAZING!

Yes, it's fun creating that over/under effect.

    That's nice, Mark. Really nice.

Reminded me that I had done this, about 4 years ago!

That has always been one of my favorites Mark. Sadly I cannot perform any longer. Have you ever tried "LIGHT FLIGHT"?

Is that the one with the T.T. with lights in them. Yes, I performed that on Christmas Eve 2015. It was fun but must remember not to brush my shirt with my hands as the lights come back on inadvertently! LOL!

It's the one with a ping pong size pink ball with a light inside. Make it spin and float it around. One time I put it in a girls hand and made it rise and went into the routine. Freaked people out.

LOVE IT! I do mentalism too. Once I was doing this routine where I would pass out envelopes and people would write whatever they wanted on a piece of paper and fold it and put it in the envelopes. Then I told them to hold their envelopes up to the light to see if they could see the writing inside, of course the couldn't because they were security envelopes. Anyway I would psychically discern what was in each envelope. And this one time, when I was doing it, I picked up an envelope and I said, "I can see a city....a BIG city." but that was all I could divine and when I opened the envelope, on it was written three numbers...911. You could've heard a pin drop, it got so quite. A cold chill ran up the spines of everyone in the audience. LOL!
