    handrawn - I will definitely try those links if they turn out to be ones I haven't encountered yet , Thank you.
    ss-kalm - I am quite sure I gave them the correct email address. I always make sure of that. I actually received the automated acknowledgement from the ticket system after I opened the ticket so that proves that at least the ticket system has the correct email address to respond to. I'm giving them every benefit of the doubt and will wait a day or so until their bank holiday is over. This forum has been solid and gives me hope. Thanks again.

    Hi sdrj,

    Apologies that you haven't received any help, can you let me know your ticket number if you have one?

    If you have been sending requests directly to an email address, can you let me know what email address you have been sending them to?

    When sending requests for support they need to be done through our support system here otherwise we might not recieve it: http://support.xara.com
