Registration Xara Designer Pro 11

Hello
I Bought Boxed Xara Designer Pro11 on auction inside box I have DVD and paper card with serial nr.
When I try register program show window with error -14
So I guess that is problem with previous account, I ask seller about that but he knows nothing he just reselling stuff ....
It is any possibility to take a new number or reset account? Or just send back box to seller?

only xara ltd can help you with registration issues, and for that you need to register for [create] an account and raise a support ticket - this may take a while to process

Yes thanx, Im start from making ticket but it was on friday 21 04 and till today happens nothing, Im looking for faster solution answer sugestion cause I have only 7 day to canceled purchase.

ok - according to the knowledge base here: https://support.xara.com/index.php?/...a-designer-pro the serial number is invalid

if I were you I would cancel the purchase and return it; under the circumstances it may not be possible to verify it as a legitimate copy

no problem this can happen if the original owner downloaded the program with a serial number emailed to them, and what you have bought is their backup DVD with a registration number that has been replaced by the online one
