Problem with Swedish letters

After the last update something goes wrong when I´m exporting the page. The text is in Swedish and have some letters with dots like ö ä and å.
All looks fine working on the page, but in the preview and after export the dots are gone. It´s the same problem in all: Chrome, Firefox etc
