Prevent published web pages from scolling (lock page)

I created a new web site and created a mobile variant. When I published the site. The mobile variant on the cell phone and tablet is not locked. You can click on place your finger on the touch screen and move the web page side to side. It's ok to slide it up and down but I wan the screen locked from moving left or right. Other websites that I have created the pages are locked from moving side to side.

Can't seem to figure it out.

How wide is your mobile variant? I just checked a mobile site I did on my iPhone and it does not scroll side to side. My page is 480 px wide
