I am looking on how to create a reduced sized window open in front of the main webpage. When the user reads/views the window the user can close the window to view the main page.

Hi thargrove99, welcome to TG, look in content catalog/components/photo hovers and click on either Hover 1 link(New), Hover 2 link or Hover 3 link. Not exactly what you are looking for but perhaps close enough. I am assuming you have the 365 version.
