Question Navbar above and hiding design elements

"ultimate" web template works as expected until a custom logo replaces the template logo.
The custom logo elements are above everything. (tested with raster and vector) They are not under the Navbar.
what is it about the Navbar that makes it dominate over all other design elements?

    Fail tests
    1. restarted computer
    2. copy/paste/edit into new document
    3. recreate from "ultimate" web template
    4. any new text, vector shape, bitmap placed anywhere else, is visible.

Do you face the same issue, if you put only text, instead of image?
I have similar issue, but text is fine, while image is not shown over the NavBar.

Sorry to hear you're having a similar issue. So far anything placed over the Navbar area gets covered up, except the original "TEMPLATE" text and globe graphic.
As far as I can tell, there is no name, HTML code, or anything special about he original "TEMPLATE" logo.
Here is the original template with a logo copied to it.

I think that its because the elements in the template have 'sticky' applied to them.

    Try adding 'sticky' your logo.

So far the way around is to delete "Shadow Group".

So in case the NavBar have Sticky + Full Width you can only add a text over it, but you cannot add an image?
Is this intended or its a bug and is it possible to workaround it?
