I just downloaded xara MM1.1 and have a ?

I am sort of new to this but am doing pretty well. How do I put the same menu bar on every page. Can I just do it with one click or do I have to insert it separetly into each page?

OK I figured it out. Or at least one possible solution. I just added a left side shared border to my site and inserted the menu there. This inturn causes it to be on every single page at once. Yeahh, I'm learning...
