The illustrations and stock images are integrated from Pixabay, and so you will see the same search results on Pixabay's site. If you are offended by something feel free to report it on the Pixabay page, by clicking on the report flag in the top right corner of the image.

The image has been reported. It had a number of inappropriate tags as far as I'm concerned.

You should have (not) seen what was being returned before Xara applied a "modesty" filter,
