Images copies while resizing or moving

Hello everyone,

I have a small problem and I cannot find where to change this in Xara Web Design Premium.
When I move or resize an image the original stays where it was, so suddenly I have two images. If I move or resize it again I have three images, etc.

Somewhere in the program it probably says to keep the old image but I have no idea where???
Anyone knows?

If you drag holding down the right mouse button, it leaves a duplicate copy. If you drag with the left mouse button the selection moves but does not leave a duplicate.

Thanks, that would make sense but alas, I tried both left and right mouse button and both leave a copy. I never had it before, maybe it is a bug, I have no idea. It is not the worst of problems but I always have to select and delete the copy that stays behind.

One thing you can try is from the Window menu, select Control Bars, and then press the Reset button on the right side of the menu.

This resets the application to the original defaults. (It also loses any custom tool bars or settings).

Have no idea, guess I need to contact Xara.

Dumb question maybe, but have you rebooted your computer and seen if that clears this up? Also, has this ever worked correctly?

This sounds like an ongoing problem that Xara have yet to fix. Hopefully they are looking into it as I've seen several similar posts on the Talk Graphics forum. Are you using a Wacom tablet by any chance?

This sounds a bit stupid but resetting the computer did the the trick which is funny because yesterday I had the same problem and in between switched the computer off. Now the right and left mouse button work as supposed.
