Help, error message re cannot find filter to import

Hi, I have my website almost ready to publish but when I try to preview the page or export to a local folder I get the error message 'cannot find filter to import. It was fine up until this morning, the only thing I have done is run Simplitec which is a program that came with Xara. Should I uninstall it? Please help, need to publish this on Friday, thanks.

the standard 'fix' for not finding import/export filters is to right click the program and run as administrator which you should only need to do once

further advice from me would be never to run simplitec or any program remotely like it...
