Designer Pro 365 X Designs Gallery noted as preview and grayed out

I started with Xara Premium Web and have continually upgraded and am now on Designer Pro 365 X. I like to have my content local, so after getting everything installed and registered, I went to the Designs Gallery and did download now on each section. Now recently all except websites, the are all grayed out and say (preview), trying download now does not fix it. Can anyone tell me why? I love Designer pro, but annoying to have to go online to content catalog. Thanks.

First off, have you tried right clicking on the Xara launch icon and selecting 'Run as Administrator'
