Cannot access Designs Gallery via Content Catalog

I am using Xara Designer Pro X 11.2.5.42127 (x64), trying to create a web page via Contents Catalog and wish to access contents I had purchased previously, but when I click on "File>New from Content Catalog", I get a pop-up saying "The Designs Gallery must be enabled to import content."
But when I check in "Utilities>Galleries", I see that the Designs Gallery is already with a tick (and cannot unclick/click to make sure it is activated)

Then the whole thing loops, not allowing me to access the Designs Gallery.

What am I doing wrong (short of re-installing the whole app)?

(I have already submitted a ticket for this, but thought that there might be some forum users who might have the answer to this urgent problem).

Exit the program, start it again by right clicking the program icon and selecting run as administrator. you need to do this even if you are the administrator.
