Sticky objects in a Pop Up layer

Hi

looking for some advice on sticky object and pop up layers as the title suggests

Im trying to use a custom navigation bar which simply consists of letters and no shapes. As the the mouse goes over a word it changes color. Really simply.
The navigation bar has the stick to top option.
A different popup layer has been created for each word which is grouped (soft) with the matching word placed under the mouse off layer.

The issue here is when you scroll the page down the pop up layers do not show, so the words do not highlight or change color, otherwise it works fine if not scrolling down. This is where it gets interesting, if i were to hover over a word and it changes color whilst pressing down on the keyboard at the same time it seems to work fine at any part of the page however has to be done with all words otherwise they just appear the same color if the mouse goes over.

Any idea what could be the cause

P.s is their a way to add an icon which appears beside the URL in the search box when the website loads.

You have to upload your design here to make any sense of your problem else someone would have to built it on spec and then advise against something that is not your design.

On the "search box", this is the Address bar and you are after a Favicon.
Give a suitable graphic the Name of favicon and you are good to go.

Thanks for clearing that out, Have not been feeling very well past few days hence the incorrect terminology. Anyway Came across a few alternatives for Favicon which require a string of code pasted into the <head> of a page allowing us to use different image formats, if anyone else is interested. I'll Likely go with this option.

I think you can just select the image for the Favicon, and using the Names yellow tag add the name favicon. The process is automatic upon publishing.
