mobile variant displays over main

My website is displaying the mobile variant over the main page content. It seemed fine in the preview mode, but now that it has been published and on the web server, it displays improperly. Is it something I did, or have I missed a step somewhere? It looks terrible! What shall I do?

Often such effects are caused by faulty placeholder code. Can you post an address or attach an example design file?

Have you uploaded all the files/folders?

Please give us an address or upload an example file or the created index.htm file (as .zip). I guess nobody will be able to find the cause of the problem from that screenshot.

I have found the problem and corrected it. Apparently, when I published the site, I still had a mobile preview window open over top of the main work page, and it published the overlay along with the main, creating the mismatch. My mistake for not observing and being in a bit of a rush. Thank you - case closed!

I'm just getting familiar (or trying anyway) with the mobile variant site creation. how do I create a variant for mobile? better yet, where could I get this information from? I found very little documentation other that it was sort of automatic.
