Default Jot Form bottom of form doesn't show up???

I have two different sites and have created a JotForm Contact page on both. I used the Widget tool to import the JotForm (which worked perfectly on their site) and when it showed up on my pages, the bottom of the form is missing on both pages.

    Any suggestions????

    Thanks in advance.

Make the placeholder longer. Also do a test, go into the mandatory fields and do not enter anything, it will give you a warning and push the form even further down, so do all that until you have enough room on the bottom to expand the place holder.

    Thanks behzad,
When I tab down, I eventually see all of the fields but I cannot expect a customer to do the same thing.

How do I make the entire form show up all of the time for everybody???

I made the placeholder way longer and it didn't seem to make a difference

Drag the bottom of the placeholder down a few inches. It will take a short time and the placeholder image will redraw.

Then preview the page with the form and see if this helps.

What I love about jotform is that in the design section you can make text smaller and spaces between fields as well. If you use it for mobile, make sure you go in the advance tab , it is under form designer and then advance on the bottom for each form and set it up for mobile as well. Love it

    Thank you.

One last question. My customer complained that the default page width looked to narrow on a desktop PC with a widescreen. What width should I start with on the desktop platform?

I know that 480 is for mobile but what looks better on desktop??

I am having a more complex issue. My form shows up as a pure blank square. Can you assist in any way? Thank you!Click image for larger version.

Really the forum and help line on jotform is where you should be asking these questions. You need to use the embed option and use Iframe option

I can reproduce the blank white rectangle using the "Platforms" 3rd Party Publish Options.

Instead try using the 'Embed' option and select Iframe. Copy & Insert. You may need to drag the placeholder rectangle down to ensure all the form is visible.
